Wellness is everywhere in the Relais du Bastidou, especially near the heated swimming pool, from April to October, if the weather is clear (and in the Gers, it is!).
You are in the middle of the nature, and of the fields. There is no industrial culture, and no pesticide in our environment. Here the air is pure, and the biodiversity remains untouched.
You can walk around the Inn, by taking the small trails and see bucks, pheasants, foxes, and even wild boars.
You can also unwind by enjoying in the 37°C Jacuzzi, and by observing nature from it, as it is on the outside. Back from a walk? Relax in the Sauna before diving headfirst in the pool.

- You need to take a swimsuit.
- The towel and the flip flops are provided, free of charge.
- Sauna or jacuzzi, for one hour, 5 € for a couple.
- Bathrobe at a lending fee of 4 €
