Exactly like “Suzanne”, “Gloria” is the work of many world known artists. . Michel Polnareff (1972), Patti Smith (1975), Sheila, Indochine, U2 are some of the many ones who covered the song. The main colour of this room is red. Red, a bit like the Michelin Guide, in which our restaurant is quoted. Red like the shirt of the FC Auch, an iconic rugby team in the Gers. Red like Madiran wines, Saint Mons wines or Côtes de Gascogne wines, which are making us, Gascons, so proud. . A cosy nest, with a roofing framework and a stone wall. A great room, facing South and the Pyrenees.
